Terms and Conditions.


Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Priority shipping: $8. Please allow 3 business days.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.

Express delivery: $40 Monday through Friday, will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at 505.780.5270. Representatives are available 11 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Sunday.


Many items available from Belle Brooke Designs Inc. are not ready to ship. Please allow two weeks for production pieces and up to four weeks production time for one of a kind items. For rush orders please contact us so that we may accommodate your needs. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee of $50.


Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. Some exclusions may apply. Please mail your items to our Santa Fe Gallery: 821 Canyon Road Santa Fe, NM 87501. Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping, please track and insure your items.


Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. guarantees all items for life. If you are in need of a repair due to normal wear and tear please contact us so we may provide you with a complimentary repair service. Each item comes with a free one time refurbishing, please mail your item (insured) to our Santa Fe gallery and we will make it look like new. Please call to check our production schedule before sending your item. Each additional refurbishing is $20.


Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. uses only naturally colored stones, some items made to order will not look exactly like the stone in the photograph. Inconsistencies are due to natural variation in the rough material and since all rough material is different we cannot reproduce an exact stone, variation is naturally occurring and to be expected. In some extreme instances it may not be possible to reproduce a piece at all, in which case your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund. Production pieces are also made by hand and exhibit inconsistencies between the photograph and the products delivered, this is intentional and makes your piece unique. You will not receive a carbon copy of the photograph.


Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change prices according to market value if sudden changes occur in the market price during your production time on items not in stock.


It is possible that our website may contain erroneous descriptions or values of pieces for sale online. In the case that an item purchased contains erroneous information we will cancel your order and contact you to clarify the misunderstanding.


In the event that any representative of Belle Brooke Designs, Inc. deems a certain transaction or customer as fraudulent or corrupt we have the right to refuse service and cancel your order. All funds will be returned and we will have the right to cease contact with these individuals.
